Group Advertising for ColdFusion Sites

A few of us have started using a new Advertising service called AdRoll.com

What Adroll does is two fold.  1) you can place advertising slots for sale, such as the top right spot on my site.  IF that spot isn't purchased through adRoll for your minimum price range it automatically shows other adcode that you provide, such as google AdSense.  For example right now I have adsense showing.

But MORE importantly is that people can form groups of like topics, such as ColdFusion.  Then advertisers can buy into advertising on the whole group.  This is good for smaller sites such as mine, where I may not be appealing as my traffic isn't as high as some other bloggers and CF communities.

Right now we have 5 sites within the Coldfusion community signed up, including one very large one.  Looking to grow that to make it more appealing so we can all enjoy the $$ (well theoretically anyway).

I have been using the service about a week now, and its showing the google ads as usual.  I have set my minimum eCMP price, so that any ads that are placed through adRoll must at least be as valuable to me as what I get through google (which isn't hard).

If interested sign up then join the community:

Disclaimer: Yes they have a referral affiliate system and NO I am not using it in this blog post.  Mostly cuz I can't figure out how, but also because it seems a bit cheesy to do in this case.

Jim Priest's Gravatar Very cool. Lately my Google Adsense has been stuck and not going anywhere... I'll try to get this added over the weekend and see how it does...
