I found a great blog entry with an idea on how to be more productive.  Basically modify your hosts file so that your favorite sites are redirected to 127.0.0.1.  then create a schedule that rewrites that hosts file every 15 minutes.  Even if you manually modify it to visit one of the sites 15 minutes later it goes back to localhost!

Brilliant!
