Political Junkmail

This is the season for political visits, calls and junkmail. (I live in NH) This weekend we were phoned  by 3 different candidates.  Well, my wife was.  I don't count for some reason.  We had one door to door visitor (Obama and Edwards volunteers love to visit us apparently).

Today we (my wife) got, and I kid you not... 3 giant glossy junkmails from Hillary.  Not 3 of the same mind you, 3 different mailers today. 

Grand total of political junkmail:

  1. Hillary - Health Care Reform
  2. Hillary - Education / save the children
  3. Hillary - General platform stuff / Endorsement List  (side note, why do I care that the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers endorsed her?)
  4. Obama - Health care / Oil Independence from Oil Lobby (with UNH logo on it???)
  5. Bill Richardson - Get Out of Iraq - 2 of the same thing (one to me, one to wife)

 

Regarding Obama's mailer.  Why is the UNH logo on it?  It is on an inside page that discusses the Oil Lobby and need for independence, etc.  I can't see anything actually relating to UNH or an endorsement.  Odd.

Did you get the flier from the union that supports Hillary, slamming Obama using a quote from John Edwards with no mention of Clinton anywhere on the flier.
