Next time you are getting a soda from a fast food joint, ask for no ice.  This young woman did an experiment for a school project and found that the ice in fast food restaruants is likely to have more bacteria than the toilets at said restaurants.

Your best bet... don't get the ice and stay away from the toilet too.
