CFHunt - coldfusion search engine
I just made a new search engine with google's new co-op beta. It is called CFHunt.com. It is remarkably easy to set up. Though firefox seemed to not play nice with the config panel. It wouldn't save my settings and I had to switch to IE (6) to continue. It is a beta after all.
With co-op the site creator can specify which sites are included in the search results.
Here is my plan.
Include: blogs community sites open source lists discussion areas adobe bluedragon frameworks documentation
Probably Include: Products specific to ColdFusion
In the probably include area I am thinking that it is a good idea to be inclusive. If a product is clearly CF based it should be included. I don't have time to add them now, but unless someone convinces me it is a bad idea I probably will start.
I have set it up so volunteers can suggest sites to include. I really don't know how this works at all. Do I have to authorize volunteers? How does one become a volunteer? Things to find out.
As you can see from the site I am putting up banner ads for open source projects. I anticipate I will have too many banners to show at once so I will rotate them. Email me 125x125 banner ads and links for your open source project and I will post them. I will probably leave room to rotate one paying banner or sponsor or something as well.
At any rate I am looking for suggestions. So if you are interested please figure out how to sign up as a volunteer, or just comment here with your sites you would like to see added. I went through the community sites I could think of and a number of recent blog postings from fullasagoog to get it going.

It looks like I can send out invitations for people to contribute (submit sites). It was being flaky earlier, but maybe working now? If you are interested let me know and I will have an email sent to you.
Thanks, and nice work on putting cfhunt.com together.
